We care deeply about the veterinary IT services which we provide for our clients. Quality, clarity, attention to detail, ease-of-use, and usefulness are at the core of everything we do. We are putting this energy into building pute.us one brick at a time.
You are a hospital and need to be treated as such. Big or small, we provide veterinary IT services including computer support, phone support, printer support, no hassle paperless backup systems, and whole hospital security. We handle all of your IT needs so you don't have to. That way, you can focus on your staff, clients and patients, not your IT equipment.
We believe that you shouldn’t have to speak veterinarian and computer.
Useful is forever. Bells and whistles wear off, but usefulness never does.
Clarity is king. Buzzwords, lingo, and sensationalized computer-speak have no place at pute.us
Great service matters. We’re known for fast, concise, and friendly client service and support. We work hard to make sure we live up to that reputation every day.
Memberships not contracts. We only offer memberships to pute.us. No one likes being locked into something for a year or two or more. Our clients can cancel at any time, no questions asked (and we never charge a setup or termination fee).
The basics are beautiful. We’ll never overlook what really matters: The basics. Great service and respect for our client’s time, money, and trust.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, but don't worry we are available 24/7, 365 days a year for any after hours or holiday emergency you may run into. We will always have someone available when you need us.
Let us know what you need and we will let you know what we have for you.

Mike is the bomb and he has two super cute cats that like pute.us conference calls. He manages the team and daily projects, along with customer support and client relations. Mike picks up the slack where ever it may be, whether it’s in the office or out in the field. With this much ambition it’s no wonder we can’t function without him.
Beth has been with us since 2014 and now manages our office, ensuring everything is being completed in a timely and efficient manner. She also has a bachelor’s degree in business management. More importantly, she houses a small zoo within her home consisting of, but not limited to, 6 dogs, 3 cats, 2 turtles, a gecko, and an African Grey bird! Needless to say, working closely with veterinary hospitals makes each of her days perfectly splendid!
In 1989 Paul began his telecommunications career as a linesman installing fiber optic cable throughout the Tampa Bay area. In 1992 he was hired by a local telecom company and began a career as a telecom-cabling technician. He then became a digital PBX installer & programmer and got hooked! At this time Paul knew this was the career for him because it allowed him an opportunity to be creative and to build a passion for network infrastructure design and implementation. After 25+ years in the telecommunications industry, Paul was introduced to pute.us in 2012. As a self-employed telecom technician he became a permanent krewe member in 2016 after 4 years of working together on major pute.us client projects. His attention to detail and passion for providing excellent customer service shined through helping earn him a position within the pute.us family!
With amazing clients, that's how! We would like to thank all of our clients for the faith and belief in what we are accomplishing for the veterinary IT industry. Information technology (IT) has been a bad word for the industry for too long. We started pute.us back in 2004 to "clean up this town." I believe we are succeeding. And it is to you that we toast.
