Job Summary

When customers have concerns, the remote support technicians are the first line of support. Through basic ticketing to project hand-offs and everything in-between, the experience wouldn't be what it is today without our amazing remote support technicians.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide concierge helpdesk support and training to end users
Deploy, upgrade, and configure PCs/Macs/tablets/printers/desk phones/iOS and Android devices and other end user devices
Perform hands-on technical upgrades and deployments and serve as a team on various upgrades and maintenance activities
End user application installation, support, and training centered around specific software packages
Help to develop, document and train users on IT systems, best practices, company policies and SOPs
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills
Intermediate Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills
Intermediate Ability to analyze information and covert related activities into a comprehensive work plan
Intermediate Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management Strong oral and written communication skills in order to present projects to small groups of upper management or direct users who may pose challenging or difficult questions
